Brendan Giurdanella
Brendan has finished more than 235 builds. He knows what goes into a build, from the first dig to the final clean.
He knows what each trade does and what it should cost. And he can see when a job can be done a better way.
BG Advisory is part of BG Construction, Brendan's Melbourne building company. That's where his experience and current pricing knowledge come from.
