How much does it cost?
It depends on your project and the help you need. For a Pre-Plan Check, Brendan gives you a price after your free 15-minute call. For a Plans & Quote Review, there's no upfront cost: Brendan looks over your documents first and only then offers a fixed price for the full review.

Do I need a builder's quote?
No. We can review your plans on their own.
How fast is a review?
Within 48 hours of receiving your documents, Brendan gets back to you with a short rundown of what he found. If you go ahead with the full review, we'll agree the timing with you.
Do I have to change builders?
No. We work for you. Most clients take our findings back to the same builder.
When do I pay for a Plans & Quote Review?
There's no upfront cost. Brendan looks over your plans and quote first. We only charge for a full review when we expect to find possible savings or avoidable costs worth at least 3× our fee. If not, you pay nothing. Read the terms
